Horizontal Lifeline Systems, also known as HLL systems, are utilized in many of the fall arrest and fall restraint systems. Horizontal lifelines are common fallprotection solutions in work areas that lack existing anchor points for personnel tie- off. In simplest form, the horizontal lifeline consists of a cable attached to two or more anchor points on a roof-top, crane runway, bridge or outdoor construction site, or any other elevated work area that poses a fall risk to personnel. A horizontal lifeline can be positioned at the base of the structure (e.g., a roof), overhead (e.g., a gallows style system commonly used for railcar and truck load/unloading applications), or somewhere in-between these points.
Vertical Lifeline System
Vertical lifeline systems provide convenient, safe and reliable personal fall protection for workers who perform vertical climbing tasks. Many ladder related accidents are preventable with the use of a vertical lifeline and a fall protection rope grab system. A vertical lifeline enables mobility up and down the entire height of the line, eliminating the need to disconnect and find a new tie-off point along the way. An anchor point travels with you so that you have the mobility to climb while maintaining an anchor point above your D-ring. These systems are usually a rope, a cable, or a track to which a worker is attached via a full body harness and lanyard. A variety of system designs are available to best fit specific tasks and job sites.
These include flexible cable ladder safety systems and synthetic rope with safety rope grab systems.
Tripod
Tripod is one such product that can be used for easy access by a worker into confined spaces such as man-holes, tanks, etc. It provides a means of controlled ascent and descent, as well as protection from fall, should the depth of the space require it.
Comes with double integral head mounted pulleys which is permanently incorporated in the cast aluminum head of the Tripod and provides independent passing over of cable from a Winch and a Retrieval Block. Consists of two auxiliary eye bolts as attachment points.
Material of cast head and legs: Aluminium Alloy.
Consists of Steel support-shoes provided with rubber sole to increase friction and impart more stability. Strength of anchorage point is greater than 23 kN.
Every Tripod is provided with pre-installed universal mounting attachments to easily mount the Winch and Retrieval Blocks.
K-Pod
K-Pod which provides a safe and secure system for easy access to confined spaces. The K-Pod is an ideal choice to provide overhead anchorage which can be mounted on different bases.
Made of highly corrosion resistant stainless steel, and can swivel a complete 360 degrees on its mounted base, hence providing a versatile reach and access.
Height of the Cantilever arm of the K-Pod is adjustable. This enables the use of the K-Pod even in those areas where the roof height is small.
Can be easily mounted on the floor as well as on the wall through special floor and wall mounting brackets which are made available as per need. The K-pod can also be mounted on the floor of heavy vehicles, hence making it extremely versatile in use.
Davit Arm
Davit Arm is specially designed for confined space entry/rescue applications. It is ideal for providing portable, safe overhead anchorage in large confined areas like manholes, storage tanks etc. It also allows the user to adjust the height accordingly for overhead clearance restrictions. The system DA 01 breaks down into five components for easy storage, transport and set-up. No tools are required for assembly. The modular design allows the use of various fixed and portable bases and an optional mast with extensions. Cantilever arm comes with 3 adjustment positions for the user to adjust the height as per the requirement. Comes with foldable legs for easy transportation and installation purpose. Comes with multi anchorage point for rescue purpose. Comes with inbuilt swivel feature, Davit column assembly can be rotated even under load upto 360° by removing the locking pins provided to lock column and H-Base. Spirit Leveler in base assembly to check the accuracy of surface level and to make the davit balanced at time ofinstallation.
Walkway Aluminium
FRP Roof Walkway grating has been designed to meet the requirements of Australian Standards AS1657-2013 and various codes of practice for safe work on roofs. Manufactured using premium grade resins, FRP roof walkway is designed to provide a long service life even in the most arduous of environments. Utilising square mesh configuration with non-slip surface the FRP roof walkway provides a safe multidirectional walking surface. The extremely strong yet lightweight construction allows for easy installation with no additional walkway supports required. Weighing in at just over 2.6kg per meter, the FRP roof walkway will not affect the structural integrity of the roof. The raised surface achieved with the FRP roof walkway grating provides an unimpeded flow under the walkway for water to escape

Full Body Harness
A full body harness is a harness designed to hold the wearer upright in the event of a fall from height. If worn correctly, a full body harness will distribute the energy generated during free-fall across the wearers' body evenly, reducing the potential for serious injury.
Full-body harnesses should be the first choice when it comes to working at height because
they offer:
Support for all body parts including; hips, legs, chest and shoulders.
Lanyards
Lanyards (or Y-shaped Lanyards) provide 100% tie-off required during progressive movement from one anchor point ot the next, upwards or side-ways.
While using an Energy Absorbing Forked Lanyard make sure that only the Energy Absorber end of the lanyard is connected to the Harness at its dorsal attachment point. If this is not done so, the shock absorption element gets removed from the system, making it extremely dangerous in the event of a fall.
Load Arrester
These are backup safety system which arrest the fall of a load in the event of the primary systems falling. It reduces the risk of equipment damage and protects personnel in and around the danger zone.
KARAM range of Load Arresters is available to protect loads ranging from 200kgs to 1000kgs with a variety of wire rope lengths based on the six model sizes. These can also be used in conjunction with other arresters of the same size to achieve a desired working load capacity.
